10/1/20, 8:18 PM - No, it is just that you do not mind older Champagne. Many people do not mind it, I hate it. Ber well!
2/29/20, 10:36 PM - Yeah, I will move this review and it is more of an 89 than a 90.
10/26/18, 10:37 AM - Sadly, I have not had this wine as much as I would want, so from my memory and notes, I would leave this alone till 2021, and then try it again.

11/16/17, 5:53 PM - Sorry I forgot dinking windows, the 14 should be fine for a few years, but not for long cellaring
8/22/17, 9:57 AM - Covered in fridge - air of course all along, never ever ever use pump to remove air.
3/13/17, 7:15 AM - I would move on and find another wine IMHO
12/8/16, 7:35 AM - The 2005 Yatir is not one I would invest in. That said, if you want to roll the dice and see what comes up - great. The drinking window for me on that wine has gone past. Also, it depends on the wines you like, wines with life left and attack, or wines with less tannin and more relaxed. To me that wine is in the more relaxed almost asleep space.
12/9/16, 7:48 AM - I have yet to taste the 2012, will taste in 2 months or less.
12/5/16, 6:48 AM - Not a wine I would be buying now
11/20/15, 3:02 PM - What can I say Ahhron, I do not totally agree. Yes, the 14 is far more sweet and tropical, maybe that is what is bothering you but the bitter notes were also on the 13, as well.
11/21/15, 11:23 PM - I like it a bit more actually!
9/6/15, 9:13 PM - I reset the other person's DW, and yes it is ready to drink with an hour or so of decanting
9/6/15, 9:20 PM - 2015 to 2019/2020. Not sure when the wine will mellow out but I would open one in a few months, then another one a year till u think it is peaked.
5/9/15, 11:19 PM - Oops yes this is the Israeli label with no mevushal
4/12/15, 8:32 PM - I would give it a year before enjoying it
4/20/14, 10:11 AM - I agree that some will not like it, but the wine is fruity, not a classic Weiss boys wine indeed. 2011 was a very hard year
5/6/14, 1:14 PM - I would agree that this wine is not for long keeping. It will be here for two years or more - but it is not a classic cellar wine. That said, the wine took forever to open - so I am not sure.
