April 30, 2024 - Pop and pour. Aromas of oak, leather, blackberries and perfume. The palate is the same as the nose, with some herbs, vanilla and a hint of plum. Paired with foie gras and goose meat, the aroma is gorgeous.

March 7, 2024 - Great bottle. Very tasty even at PnP. Better than my expected. Hope will drink another bottle and need a longer decanting time.
