April 8, 2016 - The first three bottles I tasted in successive years, the bell pepper flavor was constant. I did not enjoy it. Twice now, October 2015 and Christmas 2015, I gave it a good three hour decanting and the wine was fantastic. The annoying flavors were gone, with plenty of fruit and tannins remaining.
