October 6, 2014 - Did not need to air it at all. Seemed like the perfect time to drink. Had it with salty cheeses and cured meets. Not too complex though.

December 3, 2012 - A year since my last taste/review, all I have to say is that it's still ridiculously good! Very versatile, & awesome with most anything. I opened it for a pasta with sweet Italian sausage. But, this wine is luxurious enough that it's amazing even standalone.

March 20, 2012 - GSM with a Tempranillo twist. Dark and purple in glass, silky and smooth, with rich fruit aromas and a delicious fruit-bowl bucket of flavor. Soft tannic structure and an long finish. Savory red and black fruit on palate without a cloying or overextracted style, this is a winner and a crowd-pleaser fit for red meats, barbeque or just an aperitif.

November 5, 2011 - Unusual Spanish syle blend of Syrah, Grenache, Tempranillo, & Mouvedre. I think the Tempranillo really helps make this blend something special. Full-bodied & complex, but also very lush and silky. Beautiful acidity to it, with light spiciness, and soft tannins. A very well-balanced wine, and deservedly a Best of Class winner at 2011 LA International Wine Competition.
