March 29, 2024 - Frey's Cat Ranch (Somewhere in the Northern Burbs, MN): Light gold color. Drank a glass over 30 minutes. Green apple, hazelnut, tart, almond cream, Meye lemon, chalk, poised. Good to know there's a few of these left. They've drank so well, they keep disappearing.

March 28, 2024 - PnP - A nice Champagne that hits above its weight (price) class. Apple, pear, straw, brioche and sea shell stood out on this Champagne. Nicely effervescent and well balanced with good acidity. A very enjoyable and refreshing Champagne! Solid 92.

Delicious this evening, this Champagne helped us ring in the new year.
Some bready notes, lemon and apple fruits, alongside the requisite chalk and quinine notes.
