Community Tasting Notes 4

  • LDcellar wrote: flawed

June 23, 2012 - White wine tasting - BT group (BT): flawed bottle, wet mold sock smell that made it completely impossible to taste

August 5, 2011 - Marked by some (new?) oak on the nose and minerals. Delicious, and a bit like a Puligny-Montrachet with more acidity and mineral than oak on the palate!

July 25, 2011 - Crisp and clean. Correct, but not much flavor. The boneless skinless chicken breast of the wine world.

February 15, 2011 - (55 year old vines near Vaudesir) Step up from the regular Chablis - richer; excellent richness on the finish.
