  September 7, 2011 - Tasting Riesling at Jos. Christoffel Jr. (Ürzig, Germany): I don’t have notes on the palate. I think I was caught up in conversation. Some age shows on the nose, with wet cellar stones backing the fruit.

  July 31, 2011 - Tasted over two days. Lots of carbondioxide on the first day which somehow just highlights the freshness. On the second day a deeper more asphalt-like tone to the white peach, grapefruit (including the bitterness) and mineral aromas. Very nice, although it does not have the purity of taste of a Haag wine.

  June 11, 2011 - A light-bodied, 9,5 % alcohol Mosel wine with classic fragrance and a fairly dry taste. A bit earthy in aftertaste, perfectly balanced. Lovely now.
