February 8, 2024 - Un Hermitage encore bien fringant dominé par les fruits noirs. On retrouve aussi des touches de fleur mauve, poivre blanc, lard fumé, c'est vraiment bon et encore primaire. Tannins soyeux mais présent, acidité moyenne, longueur plus que respectable, bref un très bon vin.
Que c'est bon de la Syrah quand c'est bien fait ! -

April 20, 2021 - French classics at The Clarence (The Clarence Tavern): Surprisingly similar to the 2006 we drank alongside it, this also showed very nicely. Plenty of fruit, completely open although still quite primary, and extremely drinkable. Didn't offer an intellectual experience, but it would be tedious if every wine did.
