  April 1, 2018 - Black cherry, blueberry, and currant with notes of savory herbs, earth, mocha, and white pepper. Subtle eucalyptus flavor as well on the finish which is medium. Drinking nice right now but probably wouldn't hold too much longer.

  August 8, 2015 - Balanced, concentrated but with transparency to detect the different layers of flavors throughout. Blueberry, currant, eucalyptus, tobacco and some mocha on the nose initially which adds in some red fruits and anise on the initial palate. Grainy tannins and a medium body the texture is pleasing and the finish shows some very nice toasted oak.

  May 3, 2012 - Fantastic alluring cab franc. Opened 24 hours ago... This is beautiful. Spicy pepper, anise, currant, tabacco nose. Elegant and smooth mouthfeel, very herbal, some vegetative notes, and earthy / savory qualities. Dry, balanced. Finishes a bit abruptly but the herbalness lingers in some sense..
