TCA all day Likes this wine: 93 points
November 8, 2021 - Really unique expression of California sparkling. Very subtle mousse, nose of apricot, brioche, a little baking spice. Palate changed dramatically while open. Initially quite little, some stone fruit and brioche. After 30 minutes had increased in complexity with apricot and cinnamon standing out. Still enough acidity to carry it through. Would definitely buy again
