August 26, 2012 - fantastic golden colour - as the richest Burgundy. nose: vanilla with ripe mango, buttery with some tart accents. Very strong and full. taste: soft and superbly balanced; oak is not overwhelming the rest; finish surprisngly fresh, eventhough creamy with toffie flavours. very high alc. level (14.5%) not detectable on the palete. Great Chard! drunk this one to tart with smoked salmon and gruyer cheese served in salad and it was really great combination!

July 23, 2011 - beautiful golden colour. nose; vanilla with fresh fruit,later ripe mango and ripe cantaloupe melon. taste: buttery, vanilla with walnuts, lemon at the back. Long sweety finish. Medium bodied, creamy with fresh accents. Greaty Chard, really something. Drunk this bottle to swordfish steaks with cinnamon-balsamic sauce and peperonata. Wine had a little bit too strong taste vs. fish but when combined with fish and sauce wasa great match.
