September 12, 2013 - Om met de deur in huis te vallen: geweldige wijn! Popped en poured en onmiddelijk zeer lekker. Mooi rood fruit, kruidig en mineraal ook. In de mond valt naast het zalige, sappige mondgevoel ook onmiddelijk de fraicheur op. Bij deze wijn moest ik me echt bedwingen om nog een glas over te houden voor de volgende dag. Op dag 2 was de neus duidelijk geëvolueerd (minder fruit, meer stoffig), maar in de mond nog steeds zeer lekker (iets softer, misschien zelfs nog beter).
