August 13, 2012 - Fat like a Pinot Gris should be, but a little heady (13%...not too high but a little off-kilter) - has a milky apple-pear nose on the note. Off-dry, slightly drying mouthfeel, round and tasty but otherwise just boring. Good, but not great.
