October 8, 2011 - Dark cherry red color; tart black cherry, berry nose; intense, tart berry, tart black cherry palate; medium-plus finish

September 18, 2011 - Once again, this complex Pinot comes out a bit hot on first pour (over 15 percent alcohol). Let it breathe for at least 1-2 hours and it settles into a multifaceted expression of cherries and soft oak. Completely different and rewarding once it blows off some steam.

July 1, 2011 - This is one expressive and complex Pinot. Bold on initial entry the fruit and oak integration is nice once it breathes for an hour. Almost Zin-like in body, Twisted Sister rewards those seeking a bolder non-Burgundian wine.

November 20, 2010 - very disappointed with this. briefly tasted sweet and good at a tasting... but horrible last night... flawed? I can't tell since I can't even drink the wine without cringing.. never try calcareous again.
