Still fully mature; there's little botrytis evident, instead it has a honeyed richness, fading somewhat, not much beyond off-dry quite honestly, and rather simple. Mostly, the finish disappears very fast. It's still pleasant while it lasts but not worth seeking out. You wouldn't convince anyone of the merits of cellaring riesling on the basis of this.

November 16, 2013 - mid gold.gorgeous sweet pineapple petrol nose. Lovely weave. Fat and rich and complex but could just do with more attck and life. A little heavy but lovely wine.

September 22, 2012 - Rich and coconut-y with fresh apple juice notes and a good dollop of brown spices. Give this a little air before drinking. Tough to say whether this will improve; it needs the acid it has now which has a welcome grapefruit quality.
