November 26, 2020 - Opened for Thanksgiving, but it is too sweet to go with dinner. Saved it for dessert or just sipping. Honeyed botrytis nose. Still quite sweet and tart. I don't think this will ever fully resolve.

March 7, 2020 - Pale gold. Medium sweet. Citrus lemon. Peach and apple. Honey. Finish of minerals. A special zing I can’t place, this is my first aged Riesling, could this be the petrol I hear about? Delicious.

March 21, 2019 - Clear, deep gold in color, medium legs. Orchard fruits on the nose, apple, goose berry, some honey and a hint of petrol. Medium sweet but bright and refreshing with high acidity on the palate. It has a medium plus body with good viscosity, very juicy, mouthwatering. Flavors of apple peel, baking spice, brown sugar, and nectarine. Finish is dry and longer than medium. This is great riesling. It's very alive and will live for at least another decade.

December 7, 2018 - pale gold; bright peach, harmonious fruit/acid balance, sweetness integrated, accented by food; delicious tonight. seems to be within its optimal range.

June 1, 2018 - Consumed over two nights, this showed more brightness and freshness on night two, so there is still plenty of time to go. Ripe peach, subtle red fruit tones, light honey, apple skin, touches of brown spice and seamless balance made for a complete experience. It felt a touch heavy on the first night, but that completely went away on night two where the peach got fresher and the honey retreated. Ready to go now with some significant air, but no hurry to finish well stored bottles.
