    July 29, 2021 - Really tasting great right now, like a baby Châteauneuf-du-Pape !!
Screw-top easily removed kept the wine fresh for over a decade. This wine opened right up and even showed better the next day. On day two the fruit was still fresh and acid still firm; this wine had softened just enough to reveal increased depth, texture, and integrated complexity. Dark red color with little to no oxidation, and clarity medium, not fined or filtered. Aromas of black cherry, and vanilla. Flavors of black cherry cola, raspberry framboise, glycerin, and leather. This Rhône style blend has a beautifully long fatty finish. A balanced and flavorful selection of 45% Grenache, 34% Syrah, 14% Mourvedre, and 7% Counoise from Santa Ynez in Santa Barbara County. This age worthy wine has many more years of life left, unfortunately, this was my last bottle of this vintage. A great fruit source and another good winemaking effort from Mikael Sigouin and Steve Beckman.

July 24, 2019 - Still pretty good a decade later!

October 12, 2013 - A tasty wine, fruit forward, but slightly darker fruit than when I drank it at the winery 3 years ago. Decent mouthfeel, not much length. Quite good for the price.
