  December 28, 2011 - Great again with furniture wax, nuts and fine oak nose. Rich, dry nutty complexity - big and mellow rather than intense. Best about a week after being opened.

  April 3, 2011 - Impressive Oloroso. Rich walnuts on the nose and some heady oaky scents. Long and complex. The flavour is quite high toned and with a lightness to it, almost Amontillado in style, though it finishes with good nutty complexity. Detailed and long flavour.

  February 27, 2011 - Matts pre 41st birthday drinks; 2/25/2011-2/27/2011: Very full nose, caramel, roasted nuts, a little salt and smoke, its very expressive. Waves of flavours move across your tongue as you drink it, salty, savoury, more caramel and nuts, in fact more of everything and, brandy snaps, the finish lasts for an eternity, I timed 2 mins plus and it's still kept coming back to me long after, wow, really wonderful, only 240 1/2 bottles drawn for this release, very special
