February 29, 2012 - Wijncursus voor gevorderden; 2/15/2012-3/28/2012 (Bij de lokale Vinoloog): UITERLIJK: Helder uiterlijk, lichte kleur, donker steenrood. GEUR: Zuivere middelzware geur, rood fruit, lichte aardse tonen, komt fris uit het glas. SMAAK: middelzware smaak, verloopt van lichtzoet via zuur naar bitterhoekig, overdadig zuur en lichte tannines. AFDRONK: korte adronk, zuur blijft hangen, smaak niet. ALGEMEEN OORDEEL: opvallend complex nog voor een ongebalanceerde wijn.

September 14, 2011 - Nose: some fruit. Taste: fruit of rather good quality, but also a bit tannic. At the second day better with more clear berry-fruit and plum, and some light, nice spiciness. Might benefit from a year cellaring. For the moment: not bad but also not very special. 82-83.
