OLFACTIF: Cerises et notes de torréfaction
GUSTATIF: Attaque fruitée. La cerise est aussi présente en bouche. C'est bon mais l'impression de sucrosité persistante peut finir par fatiguer le palais. La finale est intense avec des notes de sucre brûlé
ENSEMBLE: Un bon Valpolicella mais un peu rustique -

Olfactif: sur le bois et la vielle barrique.....
Gustatif: Très sur le fruit et assez acide. Un peu court avec une finale qui fait un effet d'effervescence...
Ensemble: Un petit Valpolicella qui passe quand même bien....
