December 25, 2017 - Drank from Magnum. Initial aromas of aged soft cheese and brass, pennies even. As it opened up these aromas were complimented by lemon pith, granny smith apple skin, white pineapple, and creme fraiche. The palate continued on what the nose showed with meduim acidity and the addition of popcorn with cultured butter seasoned with nutritional yeast.
