July 31, 2015 - Ton of weight in this blend. Merlot has a serious punch almost overpowering the palate, light nose, kind of a yin and yang, but given some time or decanting it pulls together and is a substantial companion for meat dishes. Tannins still rough and tons of sediment, be careful pouring/decanting.

March 29, 2015 - Pretty straight forward dusty cherries, fennel, tannins and a bit of rose
