August 1, 2020 - This was exceptionally good and a brilliant reflection of mature Californian pinot noir from an excellent producer. Opened to share with friends because we'd drunk all the other wines I'd prepared. Served straight from the cabinet at 13C. So no time for it to breathe. Didn't matter. It was sublime from the moment it was poured. Colour is Burgundian with an orange hint. Lovely mature pinot nose, rich, earthy, but plenty of cherry fruit. Lovely balance of fruit and savoury. My wife is a pinot noir lover and she was ecstatic about it.

December 25, 2013 - Light styled pinot with strawberry, raspberry, and cherry notes. What surprised me was how far along the aging spectrum this was especially considering that it was from magnum. The finish was fairly abrupt and I was happy that I didn't wait any longer.
