May 19, 2018 - (Disgorged in spring of 2010, 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir, dosage 8 gr/lit)
Lovely golden yellow colour with a very nice maturing nose showing classic notes of bread, coffee and minerals to back it up. Mature palate showing dried fruit in combination with a creamy mid-palate and a long lime bitterness finish. This was drinking very nicely right now, with fruit drying up it feels like it’s better to drink sooner rather than later if you don’t want your champagne feel too mature.. (Probably best 2008-2023) -

July 6, 2016 - (Disgorged in spring of 2010) Very fresh light yellow with a stream of bubbles leading way for mature apples, minerals and citrus in a youthful way. The palate is still very fresh and dominated by crisp apples and with a long lasting finish filled with mature apples. This is drinking very nicely right now and will probably keep for quite some time.

March 5, 2016 - Gourmetklubbens tjugonionde middag hos P+A (Tema: Fisk) (Södermalm,, Stockholm): (Disgorged in spring of 2010)
Starting to show some more maturity on the nose with yellow apples and plums, but still very fresh. Palate also showing some maturity with apples, and a long intense finish and a fresh saltiness. Best 2016-2031. -

February 27, 2016 - (Disgorged in spring of 2010) Nice yellow colour and with very fine bubbles. Incipient maturity showing lots of lemon, minerals and flint. Austere palate showing kaffir lime and with a fresh acidic finish and no oxidative notes. Drinking very nicely right now, perfect as a fresh aperitif.

October 26, 2013 - Mogen, avrundad, med viss oxidation. Äpple, honung, ost, mineral, bröd, ingefära. Ok syra, men lite för söt för att kännas riktigt fräsch.
