July 2, 2012 - Very interesting, just arrived back from a trip to Sonoma/Napa and this Canadian Niagara Chard would stand up with the best of them no doubt - Gold, full bodied with a nose of peach, pear, apple, caramel, butter and vanilla, excellent structure, a touch oaky, but this should integrate further in 2 years, complex, silky smooth on the palate with excellent length, nice! (90 Points).

December 31, 2011 - Sec, corsé et boisé. Arômes de fruits blancs et exotiques. Belle longueur en bouche. Saveurs rappelant les ananas, la pomme chaude et les épices. À la hauteur de nos attentes. Servi en harmonie avec le homard poché au beurre du restaurant Grenadine.
