October 3, 2013 - crystalline purity, precise green apple and pear flavors, ideal acidity for spicy Thai food. A piece of art.

December 13, 2010 - Stony, spicy and rich. excellent balance, freshness, excellent acidity, and an almost aggressive acid- minerality. A punchy wine, with a GG level of attack, but without the body and structure, but in spite of that there is good focus. Very well done. Mouthwatering. At peak and will hold for a while. 90 pts

November 12, 2010 - Served with shrimp scampi over pasta. Great balance between minerality and sweetness.

December 13, 2009 - Light straw colour. Mineral and Grapefruit on nose. Minerality and lemon on initial taste. Some peppery notes on mid palate. Not sure if I am a huge fan of the trochen wines when drinking on own, and not with food. Will try next time with food.
