April 19, 2014 - Floral nose. Complex citrus / floral in the mouth. No mistaking this for champagne but very nice.

March 9, 2014 - Nice aromas of fresh cut grass, funk, lime peel, and sulfur. Palate was dry, crisp, and full of pears, apples, lemons, and even hints of tangerines. We enjoyed this throughout the weekend with finger food and fruit.
