January 13, 2013 - Easily the worst 2009 Beaujolais I've had to date. Thin, tart and lacking in complexity. More like a noveau.
The good news: it's still pretty drinkable, and seeing as how this was a gift, I'll enjoy it without any further critique. -

Good quaffing wine for late night New Year's Eve drinking. Likely at least partial carbonic maceration. A crowd pleaser at a very good price.
