April 9, 2011 - This is a sweet wine. Make no mistake. It's to have with puddings and must be served very cold. It is enjoyable also on its own after a meal. Don't evey try with fruit or cheeses though. If you compare it with the Canadian icewines, this is the thicker equivalent, in style and taste. Once you know what you are in for, you can then enjoy it for what it is!
