Community Tasting Notes 2

August 25, 2006 - So tannic that it's a shame the '98 was consumed and is incredibly hard to find. This nifty little wine; the best blend I've ever had out of Coonawarra at any price point, carries such a tannic back end to it that after another 10-15 years of bottle age, it would be one magnificent wine. Not that it wasn't before.

February 9, 2006 - I really enjoyed this wine. On the nose I get cherry and spicy oak. On the palate, I get sweet, red fruit followd by oak and it finishes with spicy tannins. I would definitely buy this again for $10.
