  May 1, 2024 - The other surprise package of the night. Cut roses, strawberries, raspberries, soil, cigar box, really mellow, and lots of tertiary complexity. So delicate and in harmony, none of that over the top black fruits in the younger vintages.

  April 27, 2024 - Double-blind. Could only identify this as Northern Rhône from a good producer. Clean and floral nose. Soft and round tannins and still retaining good structure. Good length and mouthfeel. Co-WOTN with ‘02 Bruno Clavelier Combe d’Orveau.

  April 26, 2024 - Jason's birthday: Clearly northern Rhone with spicy, strawberry and dark blackcurrant fruit. Superb purity and elegance that made me guess '99 Chave or Jamet. Wonderful balance and incredibly energetic for one of the worst vintages of the era, better than the previous ‘93 La Landonnes that I have had before. Standout WOTN for me.
