September 8, 2012 - Just like the 2001 Boudriottes, this was showed some cork taint, enough to ruin the experience. Too bad cause what was underneath was not bad at all: preserved lemon, orange and melon notes with a good acid. Mushrooms. Very round with a hint of minerality. Textbook Chassagne. But the TCA is really annoying on the attack.

December 31, 2006 - WOnderful. Just got better and better as the bottle developed. CLASSIC Chassagne with intensity, purity and a wonderful drive of minerality. SO enticing. It has lost the freshness of youth and developed some wonderful tertiary aromas. Still plenty of time to go though.
