March 24, 2024 - Vin correct présentant les caractéristiques habituelles d'une jolie syrah évoluée. Rien ne dépasse mais, au final, on n'a pas très envie de se resservir.
Pas au niveau espéré d'un Hermitage pour mon goût.

March 5, 2022 - Interesting nose of dark fruits, petrol and peppermint. Palate is full bodied with tanins just resorbed enough to make this drop pleasurable to drink. For me this is just starting to enter its drinking window.

December 3, 2018 - Opened, poured to shoulder and aired for 2 hours in cellar to maintain temperature. A dark almost opaque wine. The nose is reserved but red fruit comes through.
In the mouth, dark ripe fruit with notes of Forrest floor and black pepper. The tannins are smooth which gives the wine a creamy character. A great Cuvée Emilie - concentrated and long.
Paired with medium rare grilled NY strip. A great pairing.

December 23, 2014 - Dark in color, this young, powerful, concentrated, tannic wine is not a lot of fun to taste today. With air and effort, earth, sweet blackberries, smoke and stone notes come through, but I'd wait several years before popping a bottle.
