    March 31, 2016 - Un bel exemple d'appelation communale ("village") de qualité, rivalisant avec bien des premiers crus.
    Beaucoup de typicité.
    Nez expressif, d'une complexité étonnante, humus de sous-bois, champignons, fruits éclatants, framboise (suggéré par le nom de la cuvée!...) fraise, farine grillée (élevage).
    En bouche, le vin est a de la finesse, saveurs de fruits frais percus à l'olfaction, un peu viandeux, tanins souples, bonne acidité, bel équilibre
    D'une grande buvabilité.
    Encore une fois éloquent d'une grande région, la Bourgogne mais d'une des sous-régiosn trop méconnue, la cote Chalonnaise.

    January 13, 2016 - Drinking my 4th bottle with no tasting notes posted
    I like this wine bright fruity nose dark fruit and slightly alcoholic
    Lively on the tounge slightly tart and very refreshing
    A bit hot but not to much alcohol nice finish
