January 17, 2024 - In a pretty good place, perhaps tasted a bit more of the vintage than the vineyard / winemaker

    November 9, 2021 - [This is a half bottle]
Very ripe red fruit notes on the nose on opening the bottle however broodingly backwards on the palate. It takes about 2-hrs to soften up in the glass, consistent notes on the palate with nose, with even more sweetness, very apparent tannin and medium finish.

If you have a std bottle or mag, I'd suggest keep it for another 3-5 yrs before opening with lots of decanting.

March 20, 2021 - 92+ points - still very youthful even in the 375ml format

February 18, 2019 - (at Zuni Café – SF, 375ml) Very funny that I had this exact wine here back in 2013. Well, it continues to impress. Light cherry / rose color. The nose has opened and is full of spice, red fruit, herbs and botanicals. A hint of Campari? Silky and full of fruit, this is pure burgundy that will only get better with time. Maybe I come back in 5 years and try another bottle? Good wine night. (93)

February 9, 2019 - Still a deep garnet colour. The savoury aromas lead to a delicious palate of cherry, earth, wild herbs.
