July 20, 2018 - For the money paid and the many years of proper cellaring, I was expecting more. Just a little lighter in color in the glass than other PSs we've had. We didn't have the aeromatics that others talked about upon opening. Decanted a full two hours prior to drinkings ... smooth with flavors of black/blue-black fruit and a touch of vanilla. Pretty seamless, I was just expecting more for the price and patience prior to drinking.

September 30, 2016 - Once the bottle has been opened and the aroma fills the air, the rest is history. This wonderfully put together bottle has all of the nose and flavor that you could ask for. It's color is so dark that it almost looks black.
