September 17, 2014 - Nose of black fruit with a hint of perfume (violet, paprika). Palate shows a smooth, medium-bodied mouthfeel, and some nice fruit flavours (blackcurrant, cranberry, strawberry), but also a touch of wet cardboard. Acidity is very high and a lot of it is vinegar.
