January 28, 2024 - Calming Down a Little; 1/21/2024-1/28/2024 (Alicante - España): Pale cava in the glass. Raspberry and rose petals on the nose. Harmlessly very subtle. On the palate is better to remove its bubble to enjoy its gastronomic acidity and its slightly bitter end.

August 25, 2016 - Bright peach color.
Outspoken fruity nose.
Medium body, flavorful, profuse bubbles, long aftertaste.
Crisp, dry initially, getting less so later.
Fruity, kiwi.
Pleasant, not great. -

October 25, 2013 - Got only a small glass at a dinner with friends. Very attractive nose with strawberry and sour cherry aromas. But somehow I feel the acidity is too high.
