June 18, 2020 - My single favourite amarone producer. Wine of the night. Even tho this is just the classico, it was absolutely amazing in every respect. Rich, fruity and savoury all at once, with cigars and molasses in the afterglow. Smooth tannins, and very well balanced structure. (The riserva is even better!) Love love love this wine! This is very elegant, and while it may be atypical of some of the amarones knocking around, I feel it is a far better style

April 26, 2019 - Pnp. Clove, lavender, honey, roasted plums. Sweet attack, gorgeous texture with terrific complexity and length. The secondary nuances have begun to emerge. Drinking really well right now if you're looking for a fruit forward style - those nutty/earthy aromas from well aged Amarone isn't quite there. After two hours the tannins become more prominent and the fruit seems drier but still drinks really well.

December 8, 2018 - Deep Ruby red warm cherry fruit , chocolate and lovely lingering finish, this is a beautifully constructed wine, really enjoyed this with homemade lasagna.
