July 31, 2022 - Pop and pour. Drunk over a couple hours

This hasn't changed much since my last bottle 2 years ago. Forest berry more than cherry fruit, florals, and moss on the nose. Midweighted and graceful on the palate. It has lovely palate presence with breadth and depth along with lift and freshness. Some cooling basil- herbal notes and textural softness presumably from the stems. Finishes with lovely cooling herbal notes, moss, berry fruit, and florals. This is in a great spot right now with plenty of time in hand.

November 17, 2021 - In March 2020 we had a great bottle. Last night, a lousy one. Tired fruit turned soy-saucey over the two hours we drank it. Boo hiss.

June 26, 2020 - Forest berry and cherry fruit, moss, florals and spice on the nose, with some Pernand-Vergelesses brambly notes. Midweighted, graceful, sappy and fresh on the palate with a stemmy softness and textural note, finishing with some cooling spice and earth-moss tones. There is a softness and graceful side to this coupled with hidden depth and subtle power. Outstanding and with better than average lift for an '09. Outstanding.

March 29, 2020 - A well balanced package of fruit and earth but quite youthful and the '00 CdB Pommard we also opened threw it some serious shade. Has the stuffing to offer plenty of enjoyment thru 2029.
