January 9, 2016 - This wine just didn't quite hold up. Very light and less sweet than I would have expected. We drank with dessert (with a mascarpone flan) and while the flan was not very sweet it was just at a better level and overshadowed the wine. We have one bottle left and might use it as an appertif since that seems more appropriate.
