October 13, 2016 - Drank with the burgundy group.... Really drinking nicely right now. Very well balanced with blue to red fruit, supported by well integrated tannins.... I wish I had many more bottles. Should continue to drink well for another five or more.

September 6, 2010 - Flannery Steak Trial Run (The Lew Residence): Earthy and forest nose with slightly roasted plum and black cherry fruit. Pleasant acidity on the palate, little tannin, with lively earth flavors complementing the black cherry fruit. Medium finish of damp forest floor and earth. This is drinking well now, but shows the stewed fruit profile of the ’03 vintage.
