February 2, 2020 - Dark garnet red. Full nose of plum and blueberry aromas. Excellent dark fruit flavors with a nice complement of tannins with a black pepper chaser. I notice a little sediment so decanted and allowed to breath for 1 hours. This wine would have been great with roasted meats or barbecue. Really enjoyed savoring this wine.

November 8, 2014 - Medium dark red. Engaging nose of dark fruit. Flavors of matching dark fruit with little presence of oak. Tannins were very fine and well balanced with acids. This has become a refined wine that can be paired with roasted meats and barbeque to rich cheeses and balsamic salads. Definitely open the bottle and let it breath for a hour.

August 31, 2014 - Excellent. Drinking nicely but no hurry...can go on for 2-3 more years easily.
