April 13, 2024 - Deep golden color. The nose is absolutely lovely lots of intensity and depth. Notes of apple, lemon, maybe a hint of pastry and some honey, minerals, white flowers, and orange. High acidity with similar flavors, a distinct meyer lemon note, salinity, and lots of minerals on the palate. Very long finish. Wow, this is incredibly good. Probably drinking at peak now, but I don’t see this declining anytime soon.

July 24, 2020 - A heck of a wine that is absolutely at its peak. Lovely golden color is followed by a stunning and complex nose that has corn milk, lime and yellow plum notes mixed with gravel. The palate is rich yet precise and packed with mature fruit, citrus and honey flavors. All with a zippy finish. Monumental. Really wish I had more of this. Ouille this is good - sorry but I couldn’t resist. Great wine. (95)

March 26, 2019 - Retasted after one hour decanting. Exceptional hue , golden or almost like copper. Nose complex and mature dominated by baked and oxidised apples, then rhubarb, and now mature pineapple and fresh papaya. Mouth frankly straight and sharp with green lemon juice, acidity and bitter of the peal, starting with a hint of honey, old Rhum then the previously described fruits are completely overtook by the structure and the energy. Fantastic savagnin, but not for average tasters. Needs company and food.

March 20, 2019 - Pnp. Mature , golden hue, turning to autumn leaves. Nose incredible of freshness, with rhubarb, quince, green lime, bakes apples, french patisserie. Mouth franc ! Vivid, sharp, with less exotic colors but strong structure, pebbles stones, chalk and whites spices and grey pepper. Genial. Let's check out in three hours of decanting...

July 31, 2017 - Light golden. Yeasty, herbal and honeyed nose. The palate has lots of lime and wild herb notes to go with ripe yellow fruit flavors. A wild and natural wine that is fun to drink. Apricot finish with bracing acidity. Yum. (92)
