March 6, 2016 - Popped and poured. This was a very refined and elegant showing its Chambolle pedigree. Fully resolved. Fruit that reminded me of red raspberry. The wine was at that stage where it is fully mature but not yet autumnal - really just a perfect mature Burg. Drink now as I can't see this getting any better.
