July 20, 2011 - dense and honeyed on the nose, golden color with high viscosity. crystalized ginger and pineapple on the nose, star fruit and honey and gardenia on the palate. long length and complexity, but the mid apalte is not as rich or intense as the nose would indicate. med acid, med low tannin, med plu s body, integrated alcohol. 13%ABV. off dry.
