  November 13, 2023 - - Garnet color with slow forming legs and aromas of black pepper, blackberry, bacon and cedar. It's balanced and has flavours of black pepper, blackberry and black currant with a medium/full body. Smooth texture with a long finish - Decanted an hour. Still in great shape, needs some air to open up. A rich and spicy wine.

  July 30, 2023 - Can’t believe this is 14 years old. Still had kicking acidity that settled after some air and cured meat. Nose is in line with palate. Dark fruit and smoked meat. Solid cool climate Syrah. It’s a shame only 298 cases were made.

  November 6, 2021 - - Slow forming legs and aromas of tea, blackberry, black pepper and smokey. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of blackberry and black currant with a full body. Smooth texture with a medium finish - Cork crumbled. Decanted, 45 mins. Smoked, dried meat on the nose. Wine cellared well, ready to drink now.

  January 14, 2021 - Drinking beautifully. Terrific nose of dark and red fruit, lots of upfront lush fruit in the mouth, food acidity and long delicious finishing. great wine and amazing value.
