February 15, 2011 - Garnet red colour, light at the rim. Earthy nose, mushroom, raisins, later on some candy cane and rubarb. Concentrated taste, not very fruity but intense flavours, hard to describe but very pure. Still some acidity, which makes this wine so good, smooth resolved tannins. Lovely.
