  September 11, 2015 - From memory. Pretty soft salmon pink. Almost dry and savory reddish flavors, a but funky, not much to my taste but perhaps this is appropriate to the area.

  July 31, 2011 - A nice sparkling rose with a good QPR. Medium cherry red. Nice mousse and bead. Minerals, brioche and hint of strawberry on the nose. A balanced palate with good acidity of strawberry, bread and minerals. A hint of sweetness. A little more than you might expect from a but, but very good nonetheless. I enjoy Pinon's sparklers.

  May 21, 2011 - Pretty light cherry red. Minerals and bread on the nose. Nice mousse and light bead. Bread, chalk, strawberry and sour cherry on the palate. Tasted dry, but every few sips a bolt of sweetness. I found this unusual. Decent, and a nice qpr at $ 18.00, but it needs more acidity for some punch.
