December 25, 2015 - Very dark fruit. Wine clearly had aged, but while the tannin was minimal the fruit was still very vivid. There was a some menthol present which was quite enjoyable.

November 28, 2010 - Rich dark color. Rather lovely nose with lots of pretty fruit. Palate is lovely, somehow rich and powerful yet elegant and even silky at the same time. Time has smoothed out any rough edges this wine may have had in it's youth. 5-12-15-7: 89/100
